How it's going

I displayed my art for the first time in a gallery at the Avondale Arts Center. My work was in the Prismatica art show along with other works by fellow LGBTQIA+ artists from the Atlanta area.

I am currently working on applying to display my work in more galleries and set up my online art store. To follow along with my journey, I recommend visiting my Instagram, @anclephileosaurous (my Instagram name was inspired by my love for dinosaurs).

How it started

I started to make art in 2024 after a drawing exercise in therapy. Now, art is my main source of income.

My passion for art started during a time of my life when I was struggling to speak. One day, to help me communicate, my therapist at the time gave me some crayons and a piece of paper and told me to draw what I was feeling. Since then, art has become an outlet for me to communicate what I am thinking or how I feel. I still do art for therapeutic purposes, but now I also make art to share with the world and to have fun.

Sometimes my art was created out of sadness, other times it is created out of pure joy. I hope my art can inspire others to do what they love.
